Founder & Managing Partner

Brendan Doney

Brendan Doney is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator focused on acquiring and scaling enduring businesses. As the Founder & Managing Partner of Willowbrook Capital, he leads an entrepreneur-led investment firm specializing in profitable, mission-critical software and technology companies serving niche verticals. His mission is to provide business owners with a seamless exit and ownership transition, ensuring their company’s legacy, culture, and future success remain intact.

Brendan understands the high-stakes decisions that come with running and exiting a business. In his twenties, he built and scaled Crosscourt, a tech-enabled basketball performance club, into a multi-million-dollar operation. That experience taught him that business isn’t just about the numbers—it’s about surrounding yourself with the right people to protect, sustain, and expand what you’ve built.

His background spans operations, growth, marketing, product development, sales, finance, and brand leadership. A graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business, Brendan now focuses on investing in businesses that align with his expertise and vision—leveraging innovation, operational excellence, and strategic expansion to unlock sustainable long-term success. Outside of work, Brendan lives in Malibu with his wife Delaney and their dog Cooper. He enjoys basketball, golf, running, cooking, watching sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends. His passion for business, people, and leadership fuels his commitment to long-term partnerships and continuous growth.

Brendan and his team at Willowbrook Capital are always open to conversations with business owners considering a transition—whether now or in the future. If you’re exploring a potential sale, Brendan would love to connect.
